Tubes are tied!! Am I pregnant!!

I have had my tubes tied since my last pregnancy which was a c-section about 4 1/2 yrs ago... I am having crazy symptoms right now.. My breast have been swollen and sore for about 4 days now.. Breaking out more than normally during a period... Very moody crying, lashing out( just super hormonal). I just thought my hormones were out of wack. Well it's only been 3 weeks since my last period which only lasted 4 days. I took a pregnancy test last night about 1 am and it came out positive... So I went to the docs office and they did the pee test and it came out negative.. But since it is so early it's hard to determine... Does anyone have any knowledgable thoughts on this matter??

I just hate waiting to know if I am or not!!! Ugh!!! On top of that if I am is going to a tubal...

A friend of mine had the samething some times the egg can slip with thd tubes
