Wat should i do

Ok i am 4days late today will make 5 and i have cramps but no period.... I was told i cant have kids.... I had sex three days n a row wit my husband an just so happen i was furtal.... But that was the 4 of this month an i havent came on yet.... Should i take a test now or wait a frew more weeks
