Will there be any symptoms days after conception?

My husband and I had sex 4 days ago on the day of ovulation. We weren't planning to conceive again anytime soon but things happened. I'm just wondering if you can feel any symptoms as early as 4 days after. I've been cramping pretty consistently the past 2 days and have been very gassy. I have not been spotting. My period isn't scheduled for another week and a half so it can't be my period. Am I being paranoid or what? Any responses would be appreciated.

With my first pregnancy, I knew not even a week after my husband and I had sex. I would say for me it was more of a gut feeling. But I also noticed being really tired and out of breath that first week! Hope this helps a little. :)

With my first, I had no clue I was pregnant until my period was late. With this one, I feel like I am but I also feel like I'm being a little paranoid. I've just been really tired, with lots of gas and cramping today. I don't normally cramp even on my period. When's the earliest a pregnancy test can be taken?
I waited until a couple days prior to my expected period date. I don't get early pregnancy results, but I have seen women who get positive pregnancy tests at 8 days past ovulation and after. I would wait as long as you can, as hard as it is!
