I'm 6 weeks pregnant and today I had some sharp pains in my abdomen. Then when I came home from work, I noticed some light brown discharge after I wiped. I contacted my Dr right away and she said its is not uncommon to see discharge but had me do a urine test (I did a blood test 4 days ago and everything looked good). She also wants me to go see her to make sure everything is ok. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this? I'm so worried and scared that something is wrong.
i am nearly 6 weeks and have been getting brownish discharge every now and then. i wasn't concerned after googling and finding so many others get this. my doc also confirmed its not uncommon. i had my first ultrasound yesterday and everything looked good. also saw a. heart beat! was so exciting. my doc is being cautious and has given me progesterone to strengthen the sac though. ive also been told to rest and take it very easy for a few weeks. hope this helps
Hi, so the first time my hubby and I tried to have a baby, the same thing happened to me.. And like you I freaked out, the doctor had got me to do an ultra sound an hour later.( sent me home to drink water) when he looked over the ultrasound results he had noticed that I was hemorging a little. I would schedule an ultra sound just to make sure.
