concerns

wondering if anybody can help me or has been through the same thing.I havent had a period since 29 Dec. But before that i had one in the same month that was the 10th and only lasted for two days. Along with all this i had the lightest spotting for two days (17-18 jan) since then nothing im still waiting for my period. im having pregnancy symptoms massive headaches, back pain, slight pain under my belly button,sore breast and sharp pains in my lower stomach (left and right side) that only last for a few minutes they feel like a little pinch. I will be doing a blood test monday but just wondered if anyone else went through something similar.
