continuous curiousity

Alright so before like two weeks ago i posted i havent had my period and its a little over two months now
still i have no period my pregnancy test was negative a week n a half ago yet my stomach feels hard n bloated. For the last two weeks ive had a uncomfortable feeling in my stomach along with my stomach burning n random shooting pains i dunno what to do any ideas would be very helpful..
