could I be pregnant?

Ok my first day of my last period was on March 12, 2015 and only last for 2 days plus 3 days of spotting. I lost my virginity on March 21, 2015 at age 38. I'm having so many weird feelings after that day. I spotted on April 5, 2015 it was bright red, I thought it was my period but it didn't feel like it. Then again on April 30, 2015 but it was more like bright red then brown red. I've had abdominal cramps like menstrual but not as extreme. I keep feeling like there's some pulling going on my lower abdomen and belly button from the inside. I'm currently 33 days late and tested 7 times already but still get negative results. I research that if I'm taking a diuretic (chlorthalidone 25mg) it can give me false negative results.  I thought I've been stressing since I got into a major car accident on March 22, 2015 but with all that I've been feeling I don't think it's stress. I've been feeling bloated & my belly above & below my belly button are getting bigger. Plus lately I've been feeling a vibrating sensation at the mid section of my lower abdomen. Please help me understand what's going on? Could I be pregnant?

Well I guess the hpt don't work on me. I finally convinced my dr to do the blood test & the results are positive. ☺

You should get a test done of beta HCG, it tells for sure if you are pregnant or not. Home pregnancy tests r not that reliable.
