cramps but no period..could i be pregnant?

I'm irregular so my period usually comes a couple days early and it lasts about 7 days i cant say its really heavy but i do have to change my pads every 3 hours and i do have jelly like clots some days but lately for the past few months I've been getting it exactly on the 28th day (as though i was regular?) ever since me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex i don't know if that changes my cycle? also i'm already a mom to a beautiful 2 year old. Anyway my last period was on January 21 (day 1: January 15 day 7: January 21)  it is now February 18 (28th day??) but i don't feel like i'm going to get it for some reason me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex after my period but i cant quite remember what days? nor can i remember the last day we did since we hardly see each other but lately I've been getting cramps some sharp some tolerable and I've also been feeling nausea and tenderness on my breast at some point i could have sworn they grew because i now have more stretch marks but now (today) my breast seem to be "back to normal" i'm so confused and worried about the symptoms  I've been feeling i want so badly to get a pregnancy test but my boyfriend continues to tell me its too early but i'm just so anxious i cant take it :( i don't know what to think or how to feel! has this happened to anyone??? or do you know what these feelings are ?!? please i need help i"m so scared if i am pregnant i'm worried because I've drank and smoked. :'(

Just wondering if you've tested yet?  All of those symptoms can come from a mix of your period onset and being stressed (going insane wondering if you are pregnant.)  You're best bet is to do a test.  If it comes back negative I'd wait a week or two without smoking/drinking and retest. Better safe then sorry :)  I hope you get the outcome you're looking for!

I you've had unprotected sex you could be pregnant. If you are worried about the health of a possible baby, stop all your habits that could be dangerous and start an over the counter prenatal pill with frolic acid. There are home pregnancy tests that can tell you as early as one day late. Good luck Hun!!
