"Really bad cramps" sounds more like your period coming than being pregnant, because it would be too early to get that kind of symptom from pregnancy if you haven't even missed a period yet.  I suppose anything is possible when there has been genital contact.  If you are having stomach cramps, that can be stress.  If you are having lower-abdomen cramps, that sounds more hormonal.

It is possible for someone with sperm on his penis to rub a woman's vagina with his penis and get some sperm to her vaginal fluids, if they are present, and for the sperm to swim up her fluids into her vagina and get her pregnant, if she is ovulating at that time or within a few days of that time.

This is why it is not a great idea to play around by rubbing an erect naked penis on a naked vagina.  Well, this reason and the STD reason.

It would be a difficult way to get pregnant, but pregnancy by this method probably has happened in the history of humankind a few times at least.  If this was a very recent incident, you might consider taking Plan B.  But if it has been 70 hours or more, it's too late for Plan B.  If it has been two weeks or more, you could take an early-results pregnancy test with first-morning urine.

Sorry, but there is no other way to answer the question besides to test.
