im 17 and me and my boyfriend might think I'm pregnant... i had 2 days of brown discharge and it stopped i still had cramps after though. and now i have just a little bit of the discharge you get before your period(the white one). and my period is due this week and still has yet not come am i pregnant? its been a week since we had sex, and the condom didn't break or pop but it was slipping off as we were having sex and he kept pushing it back on? could that make me pregnant?
Sorry that came off a but rude :-P.
What I meant is yes, a home pregnancy test, or a blood test in a doctors office is the only way to tell pregnancy.
The only true pregnancy symptom is missing your period.
I'm just not sure what other way you thought there was.
Yes it could be your period acting up. Many things can cause a wacky cycle, you just wait til your period is due, and take a test, if it's negative it's unlikely you're pregnant, if your period doesn't come within a week you can take another test, if it's still negative you should see your OB/GYN about it! Good luck!
Cramping and discharge are also a sign of coming period. I get them every month about 3 or 4 days before period arrives. As for the spotting it could have been because you are sick, maybe it made ovulation later too and so your period will be late.
Often, if our body isn't in the best condition (like being stressed, sick, etc). than our body will delay ovulation or might even skip it that month.
