i feel insane!

Okay so i had my period a day early on the 23 it was suppose to start the 24 .. i already ended in 5 days into my period it usually last about 6 to 7 days  . It was a normal flow medium but when it started to end it got light and spotty and brown like old blood which never happened before im always heavy and its always red. But whats weird is my boobs extremely hurt and ive been passing out and been tired all the symptoms i had with my first pregnancy except  i have a period.. i dont get it i feel crazy.. i did go to the doctors and i tested negative for a pregnancy test but im having an vaginal ultrasound soon to see whats going on if any body can tell me if its all in my head or this. Could be something please comment!!

Your best bet is the ultrasound i think then. If you went to the doctors they might not have been able to pick it up as you're still early. But the ultrasound will hopefully be definitive. Some women do get a lighter period the first month or so after conception, I know I did personally and when I went in they told me I was 4 weeks until we did the ultrasound and I was actually 8 weeks. Good luck!
