implantation or period

i know it depends on your body but i lady told me when she got pregnant with her son her implantation bleeding was heavy red with clots and painful cramping and thats what i felt for about two days now and her pregnancy was fine and healthy i currently don't have insurance right now but i will so i can get checked out and find out whats going on if im pregnant or when do i ovulate so being that i cant see a doctor can someone please tell e or give me an idea of whats going on in this situation im very scared and been ttc for 5 months.

My last period was in July it came on the 6th and left on the 11th and in august I didn't get a period but did go to the restroom and seen a strip of blood when I wiped but still no period but now its September and Im having light bleeding

stomach pains have eased up loads just bloating now a sore boobs giving my period a few more days to show its face bit wierd getin all the normal cramps to what i would for it but no bleeding yet !

I would see your doc. Could be that you are pregnant...but the doctor will be able to take a blood test for that. Really if you were you should just be spotting and not really heavy or clots. Best to get it checked with a doc though to be on the safe side. Still strange that you are bleeding this irregularly so best to get it checked either way.

so my period never came last month (march 13) and 5 days after the last day of it (march 20) i started to bleed heavy dark red brown with clots.  (march 25) then sunday(27) i started to spot red, and then stoped compleetly yesterday(28) all day... today(29) it started 30 min ago and im only spottong brown! wtf i am so confused! i need help... maybe i should take another test, the last one i took was on the 17th??? its been long enough i think...

depending on when you took the test after your missed period it may have been to early or your period just started late but thats why you have to learn your body so you will know! im going through that process right now girl lol i was so lost but how heavy is it and update me on how long it last and the changes because it could be implantation bleeding boo.....SSBD!!! so you missed you last period altogether, yeah? and only had spotting? Then this month you are due in 2 days for your period and you started out with spotting and now it dark red with clots? Maybe a bit like a really heavy period?
Have you take a pregnancy test at all since you missed your period last month? I would maybe do that just to see what it says, make sure to use first morning urine. But I agree with the others, you should go see a doctor to see why this is happening...could be that if the test turns out negative then this might just be your period, and it's early. But a doctor will help determine what is wrong.

i missed my last period in feb. 26 and 5  days before i spotted brown and my periods are regular then this month i spotted light pink then light brown then heavy dark red with cramps and clots and my period is due on the 26 and this started on the 21st idk whats going on but i did research and it said few women said that their implantation bleeding was like there period same heavy blood with cramps and clots and their pregnancy was fine so idk and i have nausea back pain and headaches everyday. i just need advice idk and how can a doc tell whats going on idk what to ask girl

As the others said, implantation bleeding is NOT heavy, nor does it have clots. It's also uncommon, and around 30% of women ever experience it. I would say she had decidual bleeding, or a tear rather than implantation bleeding. You have to think about the process. It's a very tiny egg that implants into the uterine lining. It's not going to cause massive bleeding because it's not big enough.

If you're having heavy bleeding with clots, I'd say it's more than likely your period being weird and off rather than anything else.

usually implantation bleeding is brown or a darker darker red only becasue its old blood. i would say if your blleding alot and think you may be pg a visit to a doc even maybe a free clinic would be worth it better to be safe than sorry. i funy enough have been reading about this as well and have found its not too common you may feel small cramps and possible spot..hope it helps and you get your insurance quick!! good luck
