implation?

My period was March 28th and on my fertile days we had sex everyday, and a few after n case bc we're ttc. Anyway!  Today my lower back is killing me! And I'm cramping, Gould this be implantation signs? Also shortness of breath, I looked it up and source said the first week or/and thru our pregnancy it could happen.

wait until you miss your cycle. or a couple of days before your cycle to take a pregnancy test. I am 17 days late and still getting negative pregnancy test results. but good luck and I hope everything works out for you:-)
