I had my last periods on 31st January. .. nd on 22nd I had spotting I went 4 chk up doctor told baby's heartbeat is no more so wait til mrg 2 confirm again. . On 23rd aftr sonography she said 4 dnc .. it was my 1st chance nd it happen such so 2 much depressed.. let m knw wht special care shd I take be4 conceiving nd whn can I try 2 conceive again....doctor say no sex till 1 mth... can we have sex wit protection now its almost 23days....

thxz 4 concern yeah we thkg 2 wait till my 1st cycle further god knws...aftr dnc ppl say dey try 2 conceive but dey dnt get pregnant till 6mths ...is it so... nd we shd try 4m 12th day .....is it so...?

If your doctor said wait, it's best to do so. They know what's best for your individual body.

When you actually do try to conceive again, just make sure you're ready mentally and physically. Some people take months and others try immediately. There's nothing special you have to try or do. There's nothing you actually did to cause the miscarriage, in almost every case it's because of chromosomal issues making life outside the womb impossible. Since you had a D&C it's best to wait 1-3 cycles before trying again. This allows your body to rebuild the lining and reduces the odds of miscarrying again.

You should listen to your Dr, they give you guidelines so you give your body time to heal physically and emotionally. I'm sorry for your loss :( but I would follow Dr's orders and before you try again, allow yourself time to grieve your loss.
