HI, My follicle got ruptured on 2/6 and, this day is the 23rd day after follicle rupture without getting any indication on pregnancy/period. Are there chances to get conceived and, is this a good sign to get pregnant after 25days from egg rupture.
No. Once ovulation occurs, that's it for that cycle. You conceive in about 6-9 days after ovulation if the egg was fertilized, and should get a positive pregnancy test about 12 days or so. If it has been 20+ days already and showing negative, you're not pregnant this cycle. You will have to go through your period and wait for the next ovulation about 7-10 days after your period stops.
