maybe?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is really a?. I'm kinda looking for insight. I'm an not an uneducated woman. I'm a RN. I had a mc and d&c 3/9/12. I got my period exactly 6 weeks after surgery and they have been exactly the same as before. My cycle is 31 days. my lmp was 5/19/12. The week I was due to ovulate, was extremely stressful. We had to put our young cat to sleep after caring for him for a week as he got sicker and weaker.

yes I agree, if you ovulate late, your luteal ph (the time between when you ovulate and get your period) stays the same so if you have a luteal ph of say 13 days you should expect your period 3 days later than what it would have been as you ovulated 3 days later, hopefully you can understand that lol

Well no luck this month. AF came Friday. Almost done, 4 days per norm. Maybe this month will be less stressful. Baby dust to all you other ladies  on your ttc journey!

That is right, if you ovulate late, your period will come late as well. Good luck hun!!

Anyways, I was due to ovulate on 6/7, but had negative opks until 6/10 it was positive. We had sex the 6th and 10th. My period was due today, but no signs. Normally I'm very irritable and break out terribly on my face. Neither have happened. So I'm wondering because I ovulated late if my period isn't expected for a few more days. I have taken 2 tests today and yesterday, both negative. Was it too soon to test? I feel exactly like the last time I got pregnant. Any insight?
