So like this would be my first child and I'm only four weeks. is it normal for me to get back pains n pains around my lower stomach and like I'm getting all the symptoms but had two neggative test results and I feel sick every other day.

no but you could be bloated. your stomach won't show for a while because your uterus is still behind your public bone.

It would be normal to have pains, maybe you should get a blood test.
