no period after necessary d&c

I had a miscarriage that lead to a d&c on July 18th. It is now August 28. A full six weeks later and I feel nothing. It took 3 1/2 weeks for me to get a negative on a pregnancy test. I had sex on Aug. 17th...the condom broke and I am unable to take birth control. Should I be worried about pregnancy or am I just being paranoid about my period? I have occasional stomach cramping and moodiness like I would if i were pms-Ing.... Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Took 56 days but finally my period came :):):):):) due to stress, odd sleeping habits due to 3rd shift job and a difficult divorce im sure my hormones. HATE ME.im happy!!

I called and spoke to them today. They told me to wait it out until Sept. 5th. If I had no period take another pregnancy test and go from there. This waiting is terrible and stress inducing which also messes with the menstrual cycle.

Some women it just takes longer. If you ever feel something isn't right, make sure to call it in. And yes, you could get pregnant.
