over 3 month late

So I am over 3 month late now, my periods are Iregular  can go up to 2 month but never over 3 month. My belly is getting bigger just look bloated all time but not putting on weight still same but when I was pregnant last time with my Little boy I lost weight with him an never put weight on. I was having realy bad belly pain yestoday and I didn't feal like period plain felt like someone was stretching my belly n just acehing. So I decided to take a test last night 1st response and came up negative could it be wrong or us it just all in my head. I have recently just moved house so has bin a bit stressfull for a bit so don't know if that why I'm late but just seams a long time as it will be about 14 weeks since my last period iv gone 6-8 weeks before n maby mealy 12 but this is a long time. And sometimes I feel like I have butterfly's but this again could all be in my head as me and my partner have now bin trying for 18 month. Am I having a famtom pregnancy ??  Can anyone help me please. I have felt tied more boobs fealt sore

Thank you for your comments my belly doesn't seam as bloate now only when I eat and drink it get really big. Still no period going to Waite another 2 more week as I will be nearly 4 month late then take another test then go to doctors. I don't think I am pregnant as I have no symptoms and the test come back negative 1st time n it's not like I tested 2 early as I've missed period for over 3 month nearly 4 month.
So I will just see how I go for next 2 weeks then doctors I think

I would strongly advise you to see a GYN. There could be multiple reasons for missing your period. However, most dangerous of them would be ectopic pregnancy, which is considered a medical emergency. Please see you doc asap to rule it out.
