possible pregnancy?

Possible pregnancy? My last full period was on October 10, and come November 10th I only had a one day period, enough to fill one pad,  and come this month nothing at all. I've taken home tests before now and they all said no, I have a doctors appt on the 29th for a blood test, I'm just curious if I'm not alone with what happened and how I've felt. I've been really nauseated lately and had headaches and backaches also. Thanks for any advice!

I was like that in the beginning of my pregnancy i took 3 @ home test they all came back negative then I went to the doc. And they told me I am pregnant. I didn't find out until I was about 1 1/2, 2 months though. Now 30 weeks later I'm am so ready for my baby boy to come. Oh and blood work is the best way to finding out. Good luck
