if there is "precum" or sperm on his penis head and it is introduced in/near the vagina, i would say yes... but seems unlikely since there's not much sperm...

Would be unlikely..but like anything there's always a slight chance! I would say though to save future confusion to use protection, not only to protect against pregnancy but also sti's too.
