ITS PAST TWO WEEKS 3 DAYS WITHOUT MY PERIOD AND HPT IS NEGATIVE,BLOOD TEST NEGATIVE AND ULTRASOUND NEGATIVE TOO.WATS HAPPENING

I don't know, but an ultra sound wouldn't show you were pregnant till after 6 weeks pregnant. But is sounds like to me you are not pregnant and you need to let your dr figure out what is going on. Sorry
