I'm late on my period and my apps are telling me I'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant I have not took a test and I'm planning on taking one sometime next week. But I was wondering what are some things I can take to help me and the baby if I am can I just take folic acid or should I use something else. In need of dear help.
get a prescription for prenatals or if u cant, then go to a store and pick up a bottle of Flintstones Gummy Vitamins. all you need is 2 a day and your set. my doc told me to take them bc i cant take the prescribed ones.
Prenatal's are what drs recommend to take theres no need to take folic acid cause if you take the prenatals you'd be taking in there
