tubal ligation. .....could I be pregnant?

I'm going through the some thing.  I had  my tubes burned in 2009  after my 3rd child,  it was the right thing I thought at the time but I was 22 with3 kids. I've been praying for another child and recently I've missed two going  on 3 cycles, and usually my cycle hits like clock work until recently it was late before it stopped . It's just a spotty discharge no cramping or other symptoms of my cycle.  I've been so tired and moody and nauseous but I took am at home pregnancy test and it was negative. However I'm getting weird  feelings and things going on in there. I'm worried and I'm not sure what to do, I feel like something is going on but what I don't know I have been told really menopause can happen after a tubal.  But I'm only 28 , help I don't know what to do I have no health insurance! The only other thing i can think is that the cervical canc.. is back but I'm praying that's not it. Any advice?
