For those of us inbetween 11w2d and 7w1d as of 9/12...
I just wanted to get to know all of the ladies that are due in April 2009 we will be inbetween 11w2d-due date of April 1st and 7w1d-due April 30th. Let us know your stats.
As of today I am 10weeks-due April10th, this is my second child DH and I already have a DD, she will be 2 on Nov. 11. It didn't take us long to get pregnant this time. It took over a year with DD, after I had a HSG and my DH had a varicocele surgery. We started to try againg last Oct. and got pregnant in February which endend in emergancy surgery after an ectopic pregnancy ruptured in late March. We didn't even know we we're pregnant that time until it was already over. So this time was a great suprise, we thought it would take forever because I only had one tube left, but it didn't! I've had a couple of u/s already because of the ectopic the last one was yesturday and our little baby is doing great, it was swimming all around it there, it was awsome. I won't have anoter u/s until 20weeks when we find out what the sex of the baby is. With DD we had names picked out before we even conveived, but we have no idea about this one.
I just wanted to let you guys know my story and wanted to get yours. How far along are you, how many babies are you pregnant with now, how many u/s have you had, previous pregnancies, are you going to find out the sex, have you got any names picked out, how are you feeling with this pregnancy...anything else you want to share. I hope everyone has a healthy happy 7-6 months!

Hey welcome! Congrats on the twins! I am glad they are measuring out at the same too, I hear usually the one closest to the top will be bigger due to it'll get the food first, and the lower one will be slightly smaller. No biggie though! Keep us updated!!
Hi, I am Josilyn. I am having fraternal twins! My actual DD is 5/2 but they said to expect them anytime after 4/1 so I thought I would join the April group. These are my IVF miracle babies! I am having scans done every two weeks beginning at 4 weeks. Each time I am really amazed how much bigger and more "babylike" they are looking. My husband and I have tried for about five years to get pregnant and this time it finally worked (6 UIUs, 1 surgery, many drugs, and 1 IVF later). We will find out the sexes of the babies. As of 9/29 both babies are the same size (9w2d) and are doing well. I am being weaned off of my estrogen patches and progestrone shots which makes me very happy. I have had one shot a day since June 12th (pre IVF) but I know that it is all worth it.
As far a morning sickness...I have had about four days total of feeling bad. I have been very lucky. My doctor told me to be prepared for bad morning sickness since it was twins but I have really been good.
I look forward to hearing more from the other mommies in this group :)

So the u;s went well, that I know of. Their going to call me later and tell me what the radiologist said. But two techs are 87% sure it's a GIRL! Heartbeat was 155 bpm. Go back in a few weeks to check another u/s to confirm.
Just wanted to let you guys know, tomorrow 10/1 I am going in for an u/s I have been having some slight bleeding so they wanna check it out instead of waiting. I'll let you guys know what I find out!
With my son we found out at 13 1/2 weeks. So they said it's possible. But I will be keeping everyone updated! Hope everyone is doing good!!!
amg_: The same thing happend to DH and I, we tried for a long time to get pregnant and I was disapoited everymonth that it was BFN, then after the ectopic with only one tube and the first time we tried we got BFP, we were so surprised.
ashiepooh: Welcome to our post, congrats on the pregnancy. Two young ones and another on the way your going to have lots of fun :) They are going to try and find out the sex at 14 weeks? I don't get to go for another u/s until I'm 20 weeks. Good luck and I hope the baby shows the goods.

We went in at 12 weeks and the Nurse Prac. couldn't find the HB, she didn't move the doppler around very much I think she was afraid of my ectopic scar. So they did an u/s which she wasn't every good at either, but we did see the baby move and a little flicker of the HB, so I have no idea what the HB was, but it was good to see some movement even though it wasn't really that clear. What was the HB at for you?
I hope everyone is feeling and doing well, we are now already in or are about to be in our second trimester. Good luck to all and I hope the sickness and the getting up every couple of hours during the night to go to the bathroom is gone or will be soon.

I was reading everyones postings and looks like for my 3rd child I got pregnant at the right time, hehehe everyone is on their 2nd or 3rd child mostly! Congrats to everyone!

Today we went in for a routine check, our Dr was able to pick up the heart beat on doppler! (we were surprised because we are only 11w3d) Everything seams to be good according to Dr. :-)

I guess I should let everyone know, I have a 2 1/2 year old girl, and a 1 1/2 year old boy, they are 10 months 3 weeks apart. So this makes me nervous and excited all at the same time!
Hey everyone! I'm due April 5! I already have two kids! A boy and a girl, and I find out the sex in the next 3 weeks. Have an ultrasound on 10/3 which they said they going to see if the baby cooperates for me to find out then if not, 2 weeks later! My doctors think I'll go early though, since both my kids were 5 weeks and 5 weeks 6 days early. So this is my month though hoping I make it all the way! If not My birthday is March 5, and they believe i'll probably have this one in that week!!

i'm due 2nd april, hoping for the third as that's my mums birthday who died 9 years ago.
I lost the ectopic pregnancy april 13th, and conceived in June, so was quite surprised i caught so quickly as i had to use precautions to NOT ttc until after i had completed a menstrual cycle and only had one tube instead of two. It was the first pregnancy that seemed to not want to catch, we had been trying for 6/7 months which is no time at all compared to some, but seemed like forever to me with monthly disappointments.
It's strange, each month the first time, i expected to catch and didn't, this time, i really didn't expect to get pregnant and was prepared for a long wait and caught straight away.

I'm very glad you have all been sharing your stories, it sounds like some of us are getting sick and others are getting over it. That's the light at the end of the tunnel for me, I have all day sickness, I haven't really thrown up that much though, which is an improvement than with DD. I had to go to the ER about 4 times my 1st trimester last time because I couldn't stop throwing up and got dehydrated. I am 11 weeks now and am feeling better today then I have in weeks.
Itisme0002 (Allson) - Sorry to hear about your first mc and everything you had to go through to concieve, but very happy for you and DH that everything looked so great on you last u/s.
JamieLee - Glad to hear that the sickness is passing, it's sad to hear about the twin but good that you have one healty baby. Revin is a very cool name, I like unusual names. Also, I know what you mean about not getting set on a particular sex before you find out, I did the same thing with DD I really thought she was going to be a boy. So this time I'm going to try not to guess...well see if I can do it, lol.
Tracy21 - Hope your feelling better and that the kidney infection has cleared up, they really suck. What were you able to take for it being pregnant. How is this pregnancy going compared to the other two, is it easier? I don't seem to be as worried with my 2nd as I did with the first. Btw, great names.
Momof2with1onway (Sonya) - One so soon after the other, that's going to be a lot of fun, lol. But DS is older so I'm sure he's a big help. I really like the names, it's nice to have family names.
amg - Are you due April 1st? You said you are going to name the baby when it's born, from a list of names, so are you going to wait until then for the sex also. I know what's it's like to only have one tube, were you worrie it would take forever to get pregnant again? Good luck on having your first, it's great when you feel the baby move for the first time!
leo_girl (Sandi) - When you have this baby are you going to make sure the induce you on or before your due date so the baby isn't too big :) I was worried that DD would be big because DH was 9lbs 13oz also, but she was only 7lbs 4oz. I think DH was so big because his mother was 40 when she had him. Also make sure everyone knows when they get you diapers not to get to many newborn ones lol.
Well thanks again ladies, it's nice to have someone to talk to during this time that is experiancing the same things at the same time.

I'm Sandi. I am 8 weeks 5 days due on April 30th. Give or take two weeks. I have one 6 yr old son, jacob, who is ecstatic to be a big brother and this is the first child for my DH( jake is from a previous marriage) I feel so bad putting the boys thorugh my erractic emotional mood swings but my son knows its just " the baby messin with my mind." Right know the mood swings are my biggest sympton, larger boobs, bloating, m/s all day long- yet to have actually been sick though. My brain feels like scrambled eggs all the time and even though i have been here before it was SIX years ago and i have forgotten everything. Another worry is that jake was 10 days overude weighing 9lbs 13oz and 22 1/2 in. My sis and mom both have had large babes, little being 8 1/2lbs and largest 10lb 9oz. So Im expecting another toddler. No probs with vag delivery. I do NOT want a c-sec! That scares me to death. DH is 6'4 280 lbs and weighed 8lb 12oz at birth. No newborn diapers for us. Im very happy about this baby and our entire family is just overjoyed. We have some work ahead of us.....

I'm 12 weeks pregnant, and anxiously awaiting my second scan. I'm hoping i might start believing i really will have a baby this time after my 12 week scan. Have already seen the heartbeat but still cautious. My first pregnancy was ectopic and i lost a tube, hoping this will be my first child. I already have a list of boys and girls names i like, so plan to choose one when he/she is born from that list. Can't wait to start feeling him/her move, and already sporting a small bump.

Hi im sonya, i am due April 05 with my third baby. I have a 7yr old boy a 6month old little girl and a total suprise but definatly welcomed. I have already had 2 u/s and finally at 10wks i got to see my baby for the first time. I am better at naming a boy than a girl but if its a girl her name will be Sakayliegh Elizabeth after mine and my DH mothers and if its a boy we will name him Jamison David after his daddy!!! DH wants to find out what we are having but i kinda want it to be a surprise since i already have a boy and a girl either one would be a true blessing to our family.
Hi im Tracy i am due the 9th April this is my 3rd pregnancy and 3 child haven't had any problems getting pregnant took a while with this one thou it took 10 months to get pregnant. i had my first u/s at 9 weeks 5 days because they thought baby was in my tube because i was im agony with pain but turned out baby is fine and got kidney infection. im now 10 weeks 5 days cannot wait until this baby is born its my last so better make the most of the pregnancy me and my partner are going to find out what the sex it i will get my gender scan at 18 weeks so looking forward to that. we have already picked out names if its a boy it will be MacKenzie and a girl will be Kadence.my next i will be 14 weeks and thats my last scan so i hope the baby is doing fine. thats it i guess i will keep you posted on how thing are going take care x
Hi, I am JamieLee I am due on april fools day! :) 11 weeks and 3 days as of 9/13. I have a 14 month old son named RJ, (who was born a month early). I found out I was pregnant again a few days after his first bday, complete suprise but of course still welcome :). I've had about 3 U/S's so far because my doc wanted to check for eptopic, I found out about 3 weeks ago I had twins but one already passed away :(. (Vanishing Twin Syndrome, very common). I thought my son was a girl all the way up until the 20 week U/S, so this time I'm trying not to 'get set' on a particular sex yet. I have two definate names for both sex's, I've had the girls name for a long time since I am better with girls names. I just came to the boys name. If my baby is a boy, he will be named Revin, Revin James or Revin Michael (I love that name, and it isn't to common). I do want to know the sex of my baby because I am impatient and it just helps to know because I already have all of the baby boy things from my first but if this is a girl I'll need to get little girls clothes and I like to be prepared. I haven't announced it to anyone yet, only me and my hubby (and doctors of course) know as of now. Besides the awfull nausea that just passed, and a little appetite increase the only other symptom as of now is a larger chest :) So no one can really tell at this point :). But I have had some weird dreams lately.

We m/c'd 28 months ago, after ttc since then, in February we did all the blood tests, HSG, sperm analysis... all looked great, and in May we started fertility treatments. After 3 months on Clomid, and one IUI - we are pregnant with one baby. I had a scan at 4w2d (due to cramping), 6w3d (due to uncertainty if there would be more than one sac - we saw a healthy heartbeat at that time), another scan at 7w6d (dr wanted to make sure I made it past my last m/c point and had just returned from a stressful week of travel) - strong heartbeat, leg/arm buds, visible brain and umbilical cord. We are cautiously optimistic. I am on 200mg progesterone until 12-14wks. I go back on the 29th - I'll be just over 11wks then. We do want to know the sex of the baby! We don't like surprises! I've had some heartburn and nausea, but overall I'm doing good!
