NAUSEA ANYONE?

So I think we're all getting around that time where morning sickness starts to kick in. I'm only a little over 5 weeks and Im already starting to feel it coming on. It mostly only happens when I need to eat. Problem is... im never hungry before work in the morning so im used to skipping breakfast... but now...im at work nauseous all the way up until lunch time. What can I do? I have no appetite when I wake up.
Any suggestions???

i agree with the salty pretzels. i notice that if i let myself get hungry, thats when i have the most problems. i have been trying to just eat even when i am not hungry but its so hard. i am also one who doesnt usually eat breakfast and its been hard. i find that eating a popsicle once i wake up helps me. other than that i have just been forcing myself to get something down. not fun, but i def felt better today.

I know how you all feel. I am 7 weeks and 4 days and am nauseas all the time. The only think that helps me is salty snacks like prezels and plain potato chips. Caffine free coke helps some too.

bluegenie2003- Yes, I bring small snacks to work with me but it doesn't help until I eat enough. The nausea isn't that bad for me either (I have had worse) it's just very draining.

mummyangel- I'm 5w3d too! I'm sorry you're having bad nausea. Sounds like my last pregnancy. It was really bad and I couldn't keep anything down. Hopefully yours won't turn out that way.

Can you bring crackers or fruit or something to work with you?  That way you can snack a little before lunch time. I've noticed that I'm getting some nausea when i'm hungry too but having a snack, even if I don't have time for a whole meal, seems to help.   The nausea isn't bad though...maybe it will stay that way :-)
