U/s indicates internal bleeding which has covered 70% of Sac

My wife is pregnant for 7 weeks . Her LMP was on 23rd June
Her recent U/s on 14th august indicated that the baby is 5and a half weeks old.
Also there is an issue of internal bleeding which has covered 70% of Sac.Heartbeat is 73/minute. All other tests like Rubella, HB . HIV, etc. are normal. She is already taking thyroworm for thyroid hormone and follic acid tablets
We consulted with two gynaes .
1. first one said that this is a very critical situation and we needed another U/s immidiately. As the heartbeat might go slow or stop completely.She also prescribed medicine for progestrone hormone.
2. the 2nd one confirmed what the first one said but confirmed that there is a fair chance of positive result. She has asked us to get another U/s in 3 days i.e on 20th Aug.
Also she has prescribed complete bad rest for my wife with only toilet breaks allowed.
She has asked for conduct of Torch/Elisa test also. She also increased the dosage for throworm. And advised to go full throttle on fluids

I am keeping my fingers crossed. THis is her first pregnancy.

Wanted an advice based on above as to whether the perscription is correct and what extra precautions need to be taken by us. How much seriious is this.

Im not sure about what's going on but it looks like the GYN's are on top of everything and doing everything they can. I agree with the bed rest. She should not be getting up and she should be closely monitored. It seems like you've got some good doctors on your side. Just try not to stress, because it will make your wife more stressed, which is not good for the baby. Make her feel comfortable and just be there for her. I will keep my fingers crossed for you as well***
