no foetal pole imaged

my lmp date is july 30th dr. adviced a scan polycystic ovaries found in that. no foetal pole imaged only yoke sac seen ? why am i really pregnant ? there baby inside? i am worried.no foetal heart beat found dr. told this in scan kindly clarify my doubt i am a chronic diabetic with pp 250 taking insulin 45 in the mrng and 40 in the night  how can i control my diabetes  for my baby
