travel during pregrency

Hi, my wife is travelins for 14 hours during her 1st month, could you give any precaution measures to avoid any problem.

they just recommend you stop traveling after 36 weeks of pregnancy. so if it is her 1st month she is fine to travel for how ever long is needed.
