Am I feeling the baby??

I am 18 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I know it may be a while before I can feel my little guy move, but I'm wondering if I have felt him. Every once in a while I feel little bubble like things down in my lower adbomen. Could be in my uterus. At first I blew it off as gas, but no gas pains associated with it. My cousin said that's what she felt when the baby moved, not tickling or butterflies. Has anyone else felt this? Is this my boy moving?

I know my baby girl Kynley is kicking me like crazy! Its not little tickles anymore it is some hard kicking!  I love every minute of it! It seems to be as soon as I wake up and as soon as I lay down to go to sleep that's when she is really wanting to kick and do her flips!

I dont know about your guys, but in the last week and a half baby is really kicking! I can tell she is getting big and moving all over the place!

I know exactly what you are talking about. I personally think it is the baby. It's just a feeling that is hard to describe and it's not a gas bubble. That's your lil man right there:) My placenta Was also in the front as of 17wks and 3days (I have another ultrasound next Thursday to see if it moved any). I felt the same movement you are describing.It was very light but I did feel them....Enjoy the movements:) It's the BEST feeling EVER!!!!

I am into my 21 week and the movement has picked up a lot over the last week and gotten much stronger over the last couple of days. It isnt all the time, but now and then I will get a strong movement, not a kick kindof a tickeling but I think it more of the baby actually turning all the way around and that why I can really feel it. I dont think I am feeling the kicks much yet, more the times when she completely turns and flips. But you are right around the time when you will start to feel more and more. And before you know it you can see them kicking which is really cool!

the ultrasound tech told me it might be a while before I feel him because my placenta is in the front. Hopefully I'll feel him soon, but I guess I should be greatful for the full nights' sleep too Ally_C!!

I'm 21 weeks this week and still waiting for movement  :)  I definitely have a lot of gas bubbles now but there's one "new" tickling sensation that sometimes comes with it. I think it's the baby but I can't be sure. Can't wait though! But for now, I appreciate a full nights' sleep!

I felt my 1st at 13 weeks. It all depends on your size and the position of your uterus

Everyone is different, it is VERY likely Your little guy is moving around inside You and You can now feel him.

I bet that's your baby moving around! :) That's what I felt at first, tiny bubbles and almost like someone was tickling me! What a blessing- congratulations! I first felt the baby move around 14 weeks. I'm 21 weeks now and my little one is kicking and moving all around in there! Enjoy every movement!
