stomach cramps in my 10weeks pregnancy.help

good day mommies :) i just want to share this akward feeling that I feel sometimes. I always feel my stomach cramps the upper one not my abdominal or my pelvic. I feel that there is so much air in their. is their something I must worry about ? or it is just normal in my pregnancy BTW this is my first pregnancy so I dont have any idea about this . thank you so much for those who will reply :)))
