I am almost 6weeks pregnant and due mid Apr 22, 2014. Today I started getting a pain in my bladder. Right side. I went and bought cranberry juice wondering if this is normal and or maybe a bladder infection. I have never had a bladder infection. Can someone please let me know if they have had this before? First pregnancy and terrified of miscarriage.
It sounds like a bladder infection, which can be reeeally common and frequent during pregnancy. Try some cranberry juice or a cranberry capsule. What works best for me is actually an old wholistic cure. Make toast. Spread some butter, add sliced strawberries and sprinkle with cinnamon. Im told the reason this works is that the acid created between the strawbeddy and cinnamon neutralizes the infection. It works for me within 30min.
Oh yeah. When I feel that, it feels more like menstrual cramps to me. Im assuming since youre about as far along as I am that you havent been to the doctor yet but I go for my first prenatal appointment next monday (yay) so I will share what all I learn with everyone here. I hope you get to feeling better!
