It's April!!!

Has anyone had their baby yet??  I had pretty regular braxton hicks/false labor for about 2 hours last night but then normal baby movement and soft belly again afterwards.  It really made me nervous/excited.  For those that are not FTM's how do you explain what first contractions feel like?  My belly became extremely hard and had small period like cramps- are the first contractions much more painful??  How will I know when it is true contractions- I've read everything online so I know what the internet says- I'm wanting to know from the mothers on here :)  I hope everyone is doing well!!  I think I've decided on Eliana Grace for her name what do you think??

God Bless,
Melissa

Yes this waiting game is crazy- now I am at 39 weeks 2 days, so technically only 5 days to go.  Due April 9th.  Still only BH contractions, no show, and very little period like cramping.  I wonder if I am going to have baby really late??  I am so excited and nervous- it is crazy to me that it's now time for her to arrive!  My pregnancy has gone really fast!  Keep me posted everyone and best of luck to all of you!!!

I had pressure, pain in the back n period like cramps all night yesterday. Felt my tummy was too hard as well, when I woke up in the morning I noticed small amount of my plug tinged with a spot of blood!
My doc said its normal if it was too tiny I might see a big one soon. Being a FTM, I dont really know what next? I freak out so easily!
Btw, My due dates on 25th.

I have had the painless ones since 19 too.  I wouldn't say the recent ones have been painful for me as just really uncomfortable.   Like I'll get soooo many of them that I just feel sore & exhausted.   The lower back pain & abdominal cramping is the more discomforting aspect of it all.  BUT we only have a few more weeks! We can do it! 21 days to go (technically)... lol

I had false labor for 23 hours btwn yesterday & today with period cramps & intense lower back pain and then this morning I lost a whole lotta mucus plug (like enough to fill a whoke square of toilet paper, tmi, lol).  But it wasn't bloody & the contractions never got any stronger.

Finally I took a warm shower and the bh contractions (while still present) chilled out for a bit.

such a fun waiting game eh? :)
