cant sleep at night

I'm 19 weeks and 2 days today and I can't sleep good at night. It takes me forever to fall asleep and if I wake up to go to the bathroom I can't fall back asleep. No matter what side I sleep on it starts to put pressure on my stomach. I try to lay on a pillow and it doesn't help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Try sleeping on your left side, with a pillow between your knees.  Go to the bathroom before you lay down.  Jot down any worries that may keep your mind working on a journal or notepad by your bedside.  That said, I do all this and don't sleep well either.  Rest is good, even if you are not asleep the whole time.  Napping is okay, too!

I have a hard time sleeping at night too... When I wake to pee I'm usually up for the day.  2, 3, 4 am.... I usually get up and eat something... Sometimes I go back to sleep after a snack.

Im the same. I just sleep as needed and up when I have the energy. I sleep with my upper knee propped on a pillow in the superman position if that makes any sense. I had to double the  pillows under my head too and that actually made a world of difference. Also I have a routine my body sticks to and im very comfortable with it
