Also drink raspberry leaf tea and you can take evening primrose oil orally and vaginal  to help you lose your mucus plug.  That's what got me to lose mine.

I  was dilated to a 2 when I got my membrane sweep and no signs of active  labor only early labor like irregular contractions and everything pressure. I got my membranes swept and the next day I woke up with contractions by night time I was having contractions  5 mins apart by 3am 2 mins apart. By 4 am I had my daughter so I do recommend it but only if you are  close to due over due or due and if you have been somewhat progressing like thinning and dilating even a lil.

Due tomorrow and I feel exactly the same. I have been drinking cups and cups of raspberry leaf tea as well as eating fresh pineapple. Went out with the girls yesterday and have been walking around for 6 hours... resulting in nothing more than a back ache!
I have had a lot of braxton hicks throughout thise last weeks, but ironically, they are now very rare.
I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow and might agree for her to do a membrane sweep. Maybe, just maybe, this will work x
