Breached head

hi ladies can anyone plz explain what's a breached head? Is it a matter of concern?  I'm 25 weeks along and in my last scan doc told me my baby is in breached head position

It means the baby is head up instead of head down. There is still time for the baby to turn to be in the correct position fit delivery. But your Dr will likely want to do extra ultrasounds to check. At least that is what mine did.  My first baby was breech.  You can Google spinning bsbies, there will be some things you can try to get the baby to turn.
