Miscarriages in the past

I have had two miscarriages in the past and now i am 10 weeks pregnant. This is actually the longest ive gone in a pregnancy. Well the past two days i started to spot atleast twice the whole day. Ive noticed when i wipped myself but it was light. I am worried that i will experience another miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced a miscarriage and were able to get pregnant again and had a good pregnancy ??
