I make a jug of water with sliced lemaon and cucumber, sit it over night and drink it the next day and try to make new for each day. As exercise works like a charm. And now that running is too hard at 35 wks I use some benefiber. As I a big fruit and veg eater that all the time it doesn't make me go anymore than normal.

I started taking probiotics to keep from getting a yeast infection and it has helped tremendously with constipation. I was suffering miserably! Research also said was beneficial to fetus & helped reduce allergies!

If u wanna stay natural: plain yoghurt with oatflakes, plum jam, sundried plum, any source of fiber. It helps especially if u eat these continuously (like every breakfast)

I just took some place because I'm having cramps because it's been a few days since I've had one. It could take up to a couple days to work. I'm hoping soon cause I hate feeling these pains. They feel like contractions and I'm too far along to feel contraction pains because I can't poo. Lol

Eat more fibber! Warm mashed pear with icecream is a good source. Add bran to meals or drinks
