feel sick and at 35 - 36 weeks s.u.c.k.s

Anyone else dealing with a cough or cold or something  cause I was having flu like symptoms earlier last week and it ended  up being the post nasal drip and that bloomed into the worst earache/mucusy cough and congestion  and being this pregnant  and not being able to breath  normally just makes it worse. Yesterday I just sat on the couch most of the day trying to breath out my  nose and sneezing up a storm and hacking up mucus and the congestion then on top of that contractions and the stretching pain from my cervix. It was bad. And last night was just as bad trying to fall asleep. I think my ear ache is now turning into an ear infection. I want either this baby out this week of this congestion cold thing gone by tomorrow. I just wanna deal with not both. Bleh...  :(

Oh I know if it's viral you have to wait it take it course  but I need relief  from the pain.its just this stabbing pain and the clogged pressure  feeling it's a b****. It be nice if there were more remedies out there or even medicines out there that's are made pregnancy  safe then we'd all be able to deal comfortably  with being sick.

FYI most ear infections are viral, so they usually go away on their own. But I had an awful cold for 2 weeks and was miserable. I feel for you! Takes longer to get well since we are pregnant and our immune systems are a little suppressed. I kept asking myself why couldn't this have happened a couple of months ago it wouldn't have been so bad. We are so far along now that you're already miserable and then add an illness on to that, it's awful! I had the humidifier on every night, despite being mucousy, it's supposed to help.Puffs with lotion so the nose doesn't get raw. Plenty of Orange juice, not for the vitamin C ( plenty of other fruits that have more vitamin C than Orange) but because the fiber and juice seemed to help clear out mucus from my throat/sinuses. And lots of rest, called in sick to work and slept!

It really is uncomfortable enough being pregnant with all the sores stings pressure and pains wich i can deal with, just really feels unfair being sick all the time as well. Btw... I'm thinking of going for this ear ache if it doesn't subside after some home remedies.
