That seems like a long time to find out the results.  With my first child, my Dr's office called when my results were high, so they could schedule me for a 3 hr tray rift away. They do not call if everything is ok. I just found out I passed this time.  Glad I dint have to do the 3 hr this time.

I failed my first one but passed my 3hr one. They said it was just something i ate the day before. . But if its too high they send you with a specialist & put you on a diet. I've heard of a lot of women who fail the 1hr one but pass the 3hr one, I was so scared after I failed it the first time but so relieved when I found out I passed. good luck! I was extremely nervous as well but dont stress yourself! :)

If it's too low I'm not sure. But if it's to high they watch you extra close to make sure that diabetes is not a problem. Its its high the first time they do a 3hr glucose and go from there.
