The heating pad and biofreeze have helped a lot. Like the others said too, stretching and using a body pillow to sleep also helps.
Yep, I get it off and on. Staying active and stretching seems to help keep it away, once the nerve is irritated it seems like the only solution is rest. I sit at work all day so I have to get up and move around a lot otherwise it gets irritated and comes back. I also bought a seat cushion which seems to help, lol. Whatever works!
Yes so bad! Be sure to tell your dr. I told mine and he was able to adjust me and it helped so much but now my other side is hurting so hopefully he will be able to fix my left side too. He also told me not wear flats or shoes with no support which sux lol.
I have the same problem. On my left. There are a couple stretches that help. Might be easier to Google for diagrams than me try to explain them. But I felt instant relief after stretching then the pain came back. But if you keep up with the stretches,the pain will subside
So bad. It's awful. Try one of the body pillows. It's been helping me at night at least.
