Yup it was how I knew I was pregnant.  Just keep brushing and flossing. Nothing much else you can do. It will stop when baby arrives and pregnancy hormones tamper down. However you will get a lot of postpartum hormones but those have me we bothered my gums.

I have a nodule on my gums.  I had to get an antibacterial rinse from my dentist to keep it from getting infected.  You might call your dentist and see if there is anything they recommend.

I did with my first pregnancy.  I just had to be careful brushing and flossing. Every day my gums would bleed. I don't know if anything you can do, maybe use a soft toothbrush?
