There are positions for you to go in to try to have him flip. When I was 32 weeks my lil boy was still breech. They did an ultrasound last week (33 weeks) and he finally flipped. They told me that if he didn't flip as of 37 weeks they were going to manually try to flip him and if nothing works than a c section may b in order... depending on the type of breech baby is. Google positions to flip baby...they helped me.

I am in the same boat and would like to avoid a c-section and don't really want to do the version. I am doing some of the suggestions I found on spinningbabies as well as some other site. Not sure if it is working or not.

There are a whole lot of "breech" babies ands c sections for that and other reasons. There are other ways to turn the baby besides external cephalic version. Try spinningbabies.com and looking up other ways that might suit you
