Bleeding dark red blood help?!

So on Sunday at 5 weeks 2 day I started having brown blood discharge just spotting kind of, went to hospital they did a scan came back with a sac but was empty. I continued to have this brown discharge right up till yesterday when I went back to emergency room they booked another ultrasound for today witch I had witch showed a sac and yolk. So they did an internal scan witch showed a baby with a heart rate of 160bpm I'm 6 weeks today and about 3 hours after scan I had some bleeding "dark red" this time with no pain.  anyone know what's going on? Or has this happen to anyone else??

If they did a vaginal scan some bleeding can be expected just like with a papsmear. If it's a ton of blood to where it looks like all you've peed is blood then I'd suggest going to your ob
