How bad does stress affect your pregnancy?
Through out my whole pregnancy I been stressed. I heard that stress during this time affects the baby a lot. What happens do the baby?

I think its just a risk with preterm birth, but not 100% sure. Talk with your OB. Ways to relive stress can be as easy as taking a walk or cooking. Something relaxing that you enjoy doing. If your in a stressful position it is best to get out of it. I dont know what your stressed about but its best to avoid it whenever possible.
