Matenity clothes deals??

by jenkaye21, Jan 24, 2009 11:42AM
I got some really cute pants yesterday at Target on clearance.  Liz Lange maternity, which I love, because they're low- rise stretchy waist with NO belly panels or those thick elastic bands that roll up.  Got some cords and cute jeans for less than $10 each.

Has anyone else found any good maternity deals lately??  I am anxious to buy more, but I don't want to spend a fortune on something I'll only be wearing for ~7 months!
(More excited to shop for the baby, as soon as I find out what it is!)

Target hugh?  I have never thought of looking for clothes there, but I am with you, I don't see the reason to spend alot of money on something I am only going to wear for a short period of time, I would rather get a variey of stuff for that time.  I am also with you as far as shopping for the baby.  I can't stand the idea of spending money on myself when I would rather spend it on the baby.  I keep thinking of the babies college fund already LOL!  I am planning on doing my first maternity shopping in a week or two and anxious to see what is out there.
Thanks for the tip though...I may drive to Target (a short hour and a half away) and check it out!

i don't know if you have a herbergers where you are, but they have a HUGE clearance sale going on right now...i got 2 tops and a pair of pants for under $20.  i also like www.motherhood.com, it is where i got most of my clothes for my first two pregnancies, but now i hear that their clothes aren't made as well as they used to be!!  i have found some cute things at our local thrift stores too!!  best of luck and best wishes!!  xxxxxxx

I had gotten alot of maternity long sleeve tee's at target, but unfortunelty the pants don't work for me, they are all to short and I'm only 5'7. I had to splurge and buy a couple of designer maternity. I can't help it I gotta keep the butt looking good, he he.

I am a Plus size person to start, so Target stuff doesn't fit me normally.  I doubt their maternity stuff will either.  I have found some good bargains on motherhood.com and Lane Bryant's website.  It just seems that I have a common Plus size though.  We'll see what happens.  I think I"m gonna try to go to Motherhood's store first before I order stuff online to see if it's the correct size.
