Well I am glad to know that I am not alone! I have started doing "8 minute abs" so hopefully, I will flatten up a little bit!!!
And yes, Heather I have stretch mark! I look like a road map. Hopefully this mud flap as you call it will go away!!!!!
By the way Heather, no I did not eat beans! Cruz just knows how to get the job done!!!!
Ha! The BUTT is MY worst enemy... even worse than the gut!!! lol im out west so i've been trying to walk every night while the weather is nice... planning on keeping it up....we'll see!
Haha! Heather that was funny! I dont have a "mud flap" but since having 4 kids I have ALOT of loose skin. I call my tummy a butt:-) seriously I have so much loose skin that if I take my skin and push it together it looks like a butt with tons of cellulite!!! And if I dont push it together it looks like a road map! So many strech marks, ugh! I want a tummy tuck but we need to win the lottery first:-)
Have faith ladies!! We will get there!!! It took 9 months to make a baby that no one should expect us to lose it for 9 months!!! hehe:-)
I'll be 8 weeks pp on Satuday and just in the last week have I been able to wear my prepregnancy jeans. It's a tight fit, but just being able to wear them is pretty exciting. I also have to hide the love handles. I don't have a pregnancy pooch, but belly button to mid thigh is still chunky.
Did you get alot of stretch marks carrying both of the boys? If you did and since you had two c-sections; wait till you're my age and your stomach will look like a "mud flap off an 18 wheeler."
I carried big babies and had lots of stretch marks. No C-sections, but an abdominal hysterectomy at age 28 and today I am definitely carrying around that "mud-flap," look. Time for a tummy tuck.
Makes me wonder, the Discovery Health Channel and the story of "18 kids and counting" (now 19 kids and counting).....I wonder what Michelle Duggar's belly looks like? She is always wearing skirts and over the belly shirts, so I have never seen her real waist line. Her husband owes her a tummy tuck, after carrying all of those children. God Bless that woman...I don't see how she does it. And I thought 2 kids were hard to raise. Geesh!
Oh by the way Rachel, if Cruz Man had a poppy diaper 'blow out' that scared the dog, he must have had a huge build up of gas. If I remember correctly, you are BF...what did you eat? Baked beans? Go little Cruz Man. Show 'em what a real man does. Or let's say what most men do....
I send all my love to you, DH and Mr. Cruz Man. My sympathy's to your doggie.
Big Mommie Hugs,
Heather

P.S. All of you ladies sound like you are doing great after having your little ones. You don't have much to lose at all. Keep up the great work and congrats on your new babies.
Yep, I'm hatin' it, 12 pounds to go. Had to buy all new pants to go back to work, and hate the # on the tag, LoL.
I am thinking of starting WW online, but it's rather expensive! Just started this week walking during my lunch break and cutting back on soda and (my weakness) iced coffee.
Hopefully we will all see some progress soon!!
I still have 16 pounds to go!! I feel HUGE! I really thought I would lose faster since I heard that about breastfeeding. I just want to see the 120's on my scale again, which is sad since I thought I was huge when I got pregnant.
It is already cold here so walking outside is not an option, as well as it is hunting season here on the ranch, and with all the hunters we have I would prefer not to be a target LOL!
I am also avoiding pictures taken with me and Colter which I will probably regret later in life, I just really can't stand to look at myself right now!
I feel your pain:-( I tried to have a baby for almost 2 years before becoming pregnant with Dalton. Then 2 months after he was born got pregnant with Taylor so between TTC for 2 years I put on about 25 lbs. Never really lost all the weight from Dalton. Taylor is 2 months old today and I have lost all the weight from her but I still have a "gut" and still have about 25 lbs to go. I cant wait to shed all this weight of my little frame:-)
BTW even with all the weight I need to lose I am able to wear a pair of jeans I havent worn in 3 years:-) Just as long as my sweatshirt hides the love handles it looks pretty good, lol!
I have 40 lbs to go! I wish I was anywhere near getting in my jeans
