I'm in northern California as well - I see there are a few of us!
Orange County, California.
Sydney, Australia but originally from Denmark.
I live in Loveland, Ohio.
Wow! Yes I see now that most of you are from the States.
Yes songinmind we do actually here in Ontario have a wonderful health care system. Though at times when you go to the hospital emergency you can wait 6 hours or more before a doctor sees you. I think this is because our health care is free for us. Some people for every little cough or sniffle run to the hospital. But we are very fortunate that there is no cost. The odd thing we may have to pay for like say crutches. Tests, ultra sounds, surgeries are all covered. I have heard many people spend thousand and thousands of dollars in hospital fees for having a child. WOW! I can't imagine that.
I am the only one from the UK, lol
South Central Texas
Ladybug82, we must be pretty close!
Northern California for me too :)
hot hot , south texas here!!!!!
I'm in Chicago, IL.
Northgal, I'm wondering if you do maybe see some differences because of your Canadian health care coverage (?).
I know I have a colleague's daughter who is the same age as I am who is in the military. She keeps me updated on her daughters progression (had I not miscarried, we would be within 1 week) and it's interesting to hear the differences in military care that she has versus my private practice/PPO MD.
I live in Nebraska. I'm sure things are different for everyone depending on where you live and your doctor.
