another question about amniotic fluid (sorry)

im 17 and as this is my first pregnancy i do seem to worry about everything but, wen i sit down for a long time and then stand up i feel like i have leaked some sort of clear liquid aswell as a creamy discarge. this may be a bit to much info but ive done the sniff test and its a smell thats hard to describe.  im scraed and confused and yet everyone keeps telling me not to worry so much as its more than likey nothing?? im just scared and confussed and want my baby to be healthy like most mums....please help :)

I agree. You should discuss with your OB every single ting that worries you at this point. I’m thinking it is just normal pregnancy discharge, but it’s best to get checked. I personally go through the same thing and am having a normal pregnancy.

I agree, you should call your Dr. The further along you are, the more discharge you will get and I'm sure everyone's body is different in that reguard as well but it could also be a sign of bacterial or yeast infection too so you should definately call.

well you get increased discharge when you are pregnant but if you are really concerned then you should go see your doctor and let them see if its really fluid

I understand it is very scary, even 2nd and 3rd time mums have questions as every pregnancy is different. It doesnt sound serious but when in doubt call your doctor, that is what they are there for. There is a test they can do using (Nitrazine I think) paper to see if it is amniotic fluid. Either way it would help to ease your mind.
