last u/s my baby was head down. I think now his head up:( will he turn back again???

I think if at all possible they will move the baby manually. GRose just had it done from the July baby's forum. You could ask her about it.

C-section was discussed with me more because of how big he was already and how far up he is. He isn't just head up, he's head as far into my ribs as possible! LoL.

thanks i know they told me they are not concern about possition till 36 wks. i just dont want c-section it woul movee my plans for another baby plus i hate the idea of it.

My baby has been transverse or breech the whole time ultill 32 weeks 3 days. then he was head down, at 34 weeks 3 days ultrasound he was back to breech/ transverse. My doctor said he will give him untill my next ultrasound at 36 weeks 3 days for him to turn on his own and if not we will talk about manually moving him or c-section. At my appt today he is still head up.

The doctors don't get concerned untill 36 weeks. How big is your baby (weight?) My lil'guy is big so that may be why he hasn't moved on his own.
